Some unfortunate events have occurred over the past couple of years that have caused concerns amongst many about the welfare of birds and property owners in popular birding areas. The BFNC executive has reviewed and endorsed and adopted the Code of Ethics prepared by the Ontario Field Ornithologists.

TRIPS
A number of BFNC members have volunteered their time and expertise to bring you a great outdoor trip program. As usual we have some old favourites and some really exciting new ones. Although birds are a focus there will be something for every interest. Please join them in exploring the natural history of Simcoe county. MEETINGS
All regular meetings are held at Northwest Barrie United Church, 464 Ferndale Drive North, Barrie and start at 7:30pm.. Meetings are held in the Westennial Hall at the back of the church. Park in the big lot off Horsfield Drive..
