Join Nigel Shaw and Bruce Wilson in late May or early June ( Dates to be announced ) Banding is an important tool in helping understand bird conservation. Join Master Bander Nigel Shaw and Bruce Wilson for a spring bird banding workshop in the Big Bay Point area. See how they remove the birds from the nets, weigh them and record details before releasing them to continue on their migration journey north bound. This will be an opportunity to see spring migrants in the hand This workshop will be strictly limited to the first 12 people who contact Jim Coey. A donation of $10 to the Bird Banding Association of Ontario will be gratefully received. Bring your own camp chair, snack water etc.
