Location Leave Little Lake Park Parking Lot at 8:30 am

This trip has been chosen to support OFO’s Young Birders initiative. Meet at Little Lake Park at 8.30 or alternatively at the park entrance at 8.45. We will explore some of the nature trails in the Park that winds through the woodland, where birds, fall flowers, and ferns can be found. Long pants are recommended as there is some poison ivy. Moderate walk, ends by 1:00pm, water & light snack. A small entrance fee of $3.00 will be charged.

TRIPS

A number of BFNC members have volunteered their time and expertise to bring you a great outdoor trip program. As usual we have some old favourites and some really exciting new ones. Although birds are a focus there will be something for every interest. Please join them in exploring the natural history of Simcoe county. MEETINGS

All regular meetings are held at Northwest Barrie United Church, 464 Ferndale Drive North, Barrie and start at 7:00pm.. Meetings are held in the Westennial Hall at the back of the church. Park in the big lot off Horsfield Drive..
