Saturday September 20, 2014 Trip Leader: Brian Gibbon Meet at Little Lake parking lot, departing at 8:30 am. Join the Brereton Field Naturalists for a early fall morning walk on some of the trails through the natural setting of Springwater Provincial Park right on Barrie’s doorstep. Watch for fall flowers and birds beginning to flock for their annual fall migration. Easy walk, bring water and light snacks.

TRIPS

A number of BFNC members have volunteered their time and expertise to bring you a great outdoor trip program. As usual we have some old favourites and some really exciting new ones. Although birds are a focus there will be something for every interest. Please join them in exploring the natural history of Simcoe county. Check our Facebook page for any last minute changes or check with the trip leader or Jim Coey NB trip coordinator

MEETINGS

All regular meetings are held at Northwest Barrie United Church, 464 Ferndale Drive North, Barrie and start at 7:00pm.. Meetings are held in the Westennial Hall at the back of the church. Park in the big lot off Horsfield Drive..
