Win Bowser 705-726-2000 Lackie’s Bush is a 54 acre natural park within Barrie’s city limits. Enjoy a spring walk along Whiskey Creek as it winds through the woodland, where birds, flowers, and ferns can be found. Long pants are recommended as there is some poison ivy. Leave LLP parking lot 6:00pm arrive at Lackies Bush 6:20pm. Second meeting place Allandale Rec Centre Parking lot on Bayview Drive and Little. Moderate walk

TRIPS

A number of BFNC members have volunteered their time and expertise to bring you a great outdoor trip program. As usual we have some old favourites and some really exciting new ones. Although birds are a focus there will be something for every interest. Please join them in exploring the natural history of Simcoe county. Check our Facebook page for any last minute changes or check with the trip leader or Jim Coey NB trip coordinator

MEETINGS

All regular meetings are held at Northwest Barrie United Church, 464 Ferndale Drive North, Barrie and start at 7:00pm.. Meetings are held in the Westennial Hall at the back of the church. Park in the big lot off Horsfield Drive..
