WEDNESDAY EVENING APRIL 30, 2025 Depart 7:30 p.m. from LLPL Ian Cook (705) 727-4004 Displaying American Woodcocks at dawn and dusk are one of the earliest signs of spring in Simcoe County. Join Ian Cook to learn more about their calls and behaviour. Wear waterproof boots, and bring bug repellent and a flashlight. Note departure time, Moderate difficulty walking conditions. Should be back at LLPL by 9: 00 p.m. `

TRIPS

A number of BFNC members have volunteered their time and expertise to bring you a great outdoor trip program. As usual we have some old favourites and some really exciting new ones. Although birds are a focus there will be something for every interest. Please join them in exploring the natural history of Simcoe county. MEETINGS

All regular meetings are held at Northwest Barrie United Church, 464 Ferndale Drive North, Barrie and start at 7:00pm.. Meetings are held in the Westennial Hall at the back of the church. Park in the big lot off Horsfield Drive..
