Minesing Swamp is one of those great geological accidents right on our doorstep. In late April the flood waters start to recede and the waterfowl have paired off and the migrants are beginning to pour in. You never know what will turn up. Limpkin, White Wagtail anyone? Driving, easy walking. Snacks and water. Meet at the South- east side of Bradford Greenhouses Garden Gallery SE Parking lot

TRIPS

A number of BFNC members have volunteered their time and expertise to bring you a great outdoor trip program. As usual we have some old favourites and some really exciting new ones. Although birds are a focus there will be something for every interest. Please join them in exploring the natural history of Simcoe county. MEETINGS

All regular meetings are held at Northwest Barrie United Church, 464 Ferndale Drive North, Barrie and start at 7:00pm.. Meetings are held in the Westennial Hall at the back of the church. Park in the big lot off Horsfield Drive..
