Host club: Carden Field Naturalists Guest Speaker: Helmi Ness, a Biologist for Wildlife Preservation Canada. She has a background in Wildlife Biology, rehabilitation, and education. Helmi joined the WPC Loggerhead Shrike team in 2023, and will be presenting on the Eastern Loggerhead Shrike program at Carden Alvar.

TRIPS

A number of BFNC members have volunteered their time and expertise to bring you a great outdoor trip program. As usual we have some old favourites and some really exciting new ones. Although birds are a focus there will be something for every interest. Please join them in exploring the natural history of Simcoe county. MEETINGS

All regular meetings are held at Northwest Barrie United Church, 464 Ferndale Drive North, Barrie and start at 7:30pm.. Meetings are held in the Westennial Hall at the back of the church. Park in the big lot off Horsfield Drive..

Memberships run from January 1st to December 31st.
