 g your mug.\n\nAfter the regional meeting, join Chris Evans to look for mig
 rating waterfowl along the south shore of Kempenfelt Bay.\n\nIn the fall, a
  small fish called the Emerald Shiner migrates in large numbers to winter i
 n the deep waters of Kempenfelt Bay.  Local and migrant birds take advantag
 e of this bounty providing viewing opportunities for many species not usual
 ly seen here in other seasons.  Little, Bonaparte's &amp; Black-backed Gull
 s, Red-breasted and Hooded Mergansers, Long-tailed Duck, White-winged &amp;
  Black Scoters, Red-throated Loon, Trumpeter &amp; Tundra Swans and Red-nec
 ked Grebe often make appearances, some in good numbers.  Large floocks of C
 ommon Loon, Common Goldeneye, Bufflehead and Scaup are common.\n\nWe will c
 arpool from Inniswood Baptist Church 460 Yonge Street, Barrie and make shor
 t, easy walks to stand by the water to view the birds.  It can be very cool
 , windy and damp standing at the water, so please dress appropriately for t
 he weather forecast.  Binoculars are essential and spotting scopes and Fiel
