In early May spring migration is in full swing. Birds are returning to the province in huge numbers, many hav-ing flown 1000’s of miles to get here. Some are just moving through, others have found prime nesting habi-tat and are settling down to find a mate and establish a territory. Birders all over Ontario are out in force to witness this awe-inspiring spectacle. Why not join Alex Mills on a trip to Washago (30 minute drive) to witness this annual ritual? |
