Lackie’s Bush is a 54 acre natural park within Barrie’s city limits. Enjoy an early fall walk along Whiskey Creek as it winds through the woodland, where birds, flowers, and ferns can be found. Long pants are recommended as there is some poison ivy.
Moderate walk, ends by 1:00pm, water & light snack. |

TRIPS
A number of BFNC members have volunteered their time and expertise to bring you a great outdoor trip program. As usual we have some old favourites and some really exciting new ones. Although birds are a focus there will be something for every interest. Please join them in exploring the natural history of Simcoe county. MEETINGS
All regular meetings are held at Northwest Barrie United Church, 464 Ferndale Drive North, Barrie and start at 7:00pm.. Meetings are held in the Westennial Hall at the back of the church. Park in the big lot off Horsfield Drive..
